After user promotion some user titles are wrong

I have set up a user title ladder and most of my users have the correct title, based on their post count. However, after some usergroup promotions ran a handful of users just had the plain title "Member" applied when it should have been something more elaborate. I have no idea where this came from and it is not something I applied to them manually.

Is there a cache rebuild job which will rebuild user titles please? Or a cron job I can run manually?...

How can I hide all location info on xenforo? Does anyone have a list of templates to edit?
(I don´t want to use an addon...)

Number box +/- buttons lack an accessible name/label

... and Lighthouse is unhappy about it.

Adding the aria-label property to each of the two +/- buttons would address this accessibility issue

A better way to use the finder within a blob?

So I have a column in my table, that is a blob of usergroup ids... ex: ["2","3","5","9"]

I would like to search this table, for results in which the user's group's match this column.

Currently I am doing it was follows:
